Description
Gallup’s extensive research across thousands of teams and millions of employees has proven the power of focusing on what’s right with people rather than trying to fix what’s wrong. A strengths-based approach recognises that individuals excel in different areas and that when they work in alignment with their natural talents, they experience greater engagement, productivity, and fulfilment.
Focusing on strengths matters. Research shows that:
- people who use their strengths daily are three times more likely to report an excellent quality of life
- employees who focus on strengths are six times more engaged in their jobs
- teams that leverage strengths every day see a 12.5% increase in productivity
- teams receiving strengths-based feedback experience an 8.9% boost in profitability.
Prior to this workshop, you will complete a Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment, with the option for attending a one-hour debrief of your results.

Having that knowledge and learning some practical ways in which you can use those strengths will help to build effective communication and collaboration skills in order to develop a high performing team.
