Description

Videoconferencing is the new norm and it’s fulfilling an important role in allowing us to connect while we work remotely. However, it is not the same as being face-to-face with our clients, colleagues and team.

This interactive masterclass will help you to build self-awareness of your predominant communication style and then adapt your style to achieve greater engagement as you interact online with your team, colleagues and clients.

You will learn how to be more strategic about your non-verbal, listening, questioning and paraphrasing skills. In addition, it will highlight the need to target messages and get honest feedback to ensure you achieve mutual purpose and manage any conflict productively.

Remember … it’s not about you, it’s about them!
