In response to the COVID-19 situation, we’re reaching out to all of our clients and contractors to let you know that our intention is to provide our services in a business-as-usual manner where possible, without overreacting but ensuring the health and safety of all parties. It is important to us that you feel confident that we have taken all the necessary steps to keep you, your staff and our contractors safe, whilst continuing with your learning and development commitments.
We have quickly taken steps to improve our video conferencing capability, having moved to Zoom, which enables robust remote access for groups and individuals by internet or phone. This platform is a good alternative to in-person individual and small group coaching, and can be used for training purposes if required, as it includes the ability for group teaching and virtual ‘breakout’ rooms. We are in the process of providing training for our contractors in the use of this software as well as preparing them in best practice on-line training design as an alternative to face-to-face delivery if that need arises.
We have also developed a policy for managing face-to-face training and coaching engagements as outlined below:
